At least 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurantSolid track record of success in previous roles, including demonstrated career growthStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDependable and motivated with a strong work ethicAble to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of timeAble to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbsCulinary school background is a plusWho we are:
