Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient admissions and ensure a smooth admission process - Utilize and other medical office systems to schedule appointments and manage patient information - Provide administrative support to the medical staff - Handle medical scheduling efficiently and accurately - Manage patient records and ensure data integrity - Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding admission procedures - Utilize wellsky, careport and other ER systems for patient admissions - Operate phone systems to handle inquiries and appointment scheduling Requirements:
- Proven experience in a medical administrative support role - Proficiency in using wellsky, allscripts and other medical office systems - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and medical staff - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in medical scheduling is preferred This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team.
