The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of visitors and appointments.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the facility.
Ensure all visitors adhere to safety protocols.
